Our Help Desk and System Administration package provides end user support of day to day operations as well as computer network, workstation, and server administration.
The Help Desk and System Administration package consists of, but not limited to, the following services:

- Configuring of new laptops/desktops for current system with common software installed
- Providing phone, email, and web help desk support
- LAN – manage local area network environment and maintain switches, and wiring

- Software and internet application blocking
- VPN setup and maintenance
